A Note from Our Founder

I've been on all sides of the automotive industry - From dirty reconditioning to working the finance and banking side to calling the shots from the owner’s chair, I’ve lived the dealer life front to back. I’ve seen the good, the bad, and everything in between.

Over the years, one thing’s become crystal clear: this industry has a serious shortage of integrity, and far too few people are creating a win/win for everyone involved.

Flagstone was founded on real American principles - responsibility, discipline, and doing the right thing even when it’s hard. I believe it’s our duty to take care of those we serve, to build businesses that stand for something, and to leave a legacy worth being proud of.

This business was built to support the kind of dealers who are trying to run honest operations and have a positive impact on their communities. I know firsthand that working at a dealership is tough.
